Premium Riesling fruit was selected from Stuart Woodman’s 100 year old vineyards to produce this estate grown Riesling. The grapes were handpicked and allowed to ripen to develop the aromatic lime characters that are distinctive of the Eden Valley region.  The freshness and richness of flavour make this wine well suited to freshly cooked fish fillets or something a little more complex like a seafood Paella. This wine has exceptional aging potential, it can be enjoyed now or cellared until 2016.
